How Do We Work

In short, we partner directly with you so you can invest with confidence.

Each property is held in an LLC and covered with property insurance that shields you from personal liability.
Every property comes with full-service property management, so you are freed from time-consuming tasks and decisions.

You’ll receive economic rights in the underlying property, including potential net rental income, tax benefits, and appreciation.

1.We Buy

We find the deal, negotiate the purchase price, deposit earnest money, and conduct due diligence.

2.You Invest

We raise capital from LP (Limited Partners) and close on the property.

3.We Reposition

We facilitate the execution of the business plan alongside our preferred
vendors and service providers.

4.You Cash Flow

We issue quarterly distributions based on property level cash flow.

5.Disposition

We analyze and prepare the property for a sale or refinance in
order to return investor proceeds + profits.

6.You Reinvest

We search for a 1031 opportunity to be able to defer taxes and continue
compounding investor capital.
